FAQ
Ordering & Fitment
How do I know a part fits my car?
Every listing includes the years, models and chassis codes the part fits, plus the OEM part number. The safest check: compare the OEM number on your old part, or call us at 916-500-7770 with your VIN and we'll verify fitment before you buy.
Are the photos of the actual part?
Yes. Every part is photographed individually — the photos on the listing show the exact part you'll receive, including its condition.
Are your parts new or used?
Our parts are genuine used OEM components, recovered from vehicles we dismantle in-house, then inspected and tested before listing.
Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed on business days typically ship the next business day. Delivery usually takes 1–5 business days for standard packages, and 1–2 weeks for freight items (engines, doors, subframes and other large parts).
Do you ship to Canada or internationally?
Yes — we ship across the US and Canada, and to many international destinations. Large items may require a freight quote; we'll contact you if additional charges apply.
Is shipping free?
Most parts ship free within the continental US. Oversized/overweight freight items and shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international destinations are quoted separately.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Most parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds page for the full policy and how to start a return.
Do parts come with a warranty?
Yes — every part is covered by a 6-month warranty against defects from the date of purchase. Details and exclusions are in our Terms & Warranties.
Vehicles
What does "Currently Dismantling" mean?
Those are the donor vehicles on our lot right now. If you need a part from one of them that isn't listed yet, contact us — we can often pull it for you.
Do you buy cars?
Yes — we purchase European vehicles for dismantling. Contact us with your vehicle's details for an offer.
