Returns & Refunds
Our Promise
Every part we sell is inspected, tested and photographed before it ships. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — every part is backed by our 6-month warranty against defects.
30-Day Returns
You may return most parts within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the part must be in the same condition you received it, with all original markings, labels and heat tabs intact, and must not have been disassembled or modified.
How to Start a Return
- Submit a return request using the Returns form at the bottom of any page (or email garagemanstore@gmail.com / call 916-500-7770).
- Include your order number and the reason for the return. Photos help us process your request faster.
- We'll reply with return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned part, your refund is issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. If a part arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, we cover the return shipping. For other returns, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility and a restocking fee may apply.
6-Month Warranty
All parts are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects. During the warranty period we will replace or refund, at our option, any used part that fails due to a defect. The warranty covers the part only (not labor), is non-transferable, and is subject to the exclusions listed in our Terms & Warranties.
Non-Returnable Items
- Parts sold "As Is" (marked on the invoice)
- Parts that have been disassembled, modified, or improperly installed
- Parts with removed or melted heat tabs or missing identification markings
Safety Restraint Parts (Airbags, Seat Belts, SRS)
Recycled SRS components must be installed by a qualified installer in accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. See our Terms & Warranties for important safety information.
